You can try http://www.pacificonline.com/ I was with them for a while, the one good thing about them is that they are always upgrading to newer better technology

Try http://serverdivision.com - the best support and they have coldfusion mx 7 enterprise with ms sql 2000.

I have been using HostDepartment.com for the past month or so and am impressed not only with their sales staff, but their technical staff as well. Each time I have needed something, it gets done.
I was searching for a new host and came across this page on their site:

For $4.95/month, you can't beat 2GB space and 75 GB traffic, not to mention you get PHP, Access, .NET, ColdFusion, MySQL, SQL Server, more and more with the plan. I actually have a database that will be (when I load all the data) over 5 GB, so the plan isn't quite right for me. But switching to their reseller plan, I get a lot of ~unlimiteds~ and it wil be only $50/month at the point. I'm thinking of getting into hosting again at that rate! I've been using their control panel a bit, and it's pretty nice. It's not CF with sandbox, but there are like all of two tags you can't use. CFFILE, CFCONTENT, all the goodies are available.
